If you want to leave your trash cans on the side of your home, you need to build an enclosure to screen them from public view. You will first need to apply for approval of the enclosure. Here is an example of an enclosure.
The Board of Directors would like to remind everyone that any change to the exterior of your home must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee PRIOR to the change being made. The ACC Application can be submitted from the website. The form can be found under the “Document Center” tab.
Some examples of exterior changes are as follows: Major Landscaping, Storage Buildings, Patio/Patio Covers, Decks, Driveway Extensions, Walkway/Sidewalk, Solar Panels, Solar Screens, Roof Replacement, Repainting the Home, Playground Equipment, Pools/Spas, Hot Tub, Basketball Goals, Doors (Front, storm, and garage), Fence (Replacement, relocation, stain), Flag/Flagpole, Gazebo, Room Additions.
